The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Systems Support Coordinator to support both the internal operations of Journee Consulting and the behind-the-scenes delivery of ---------- projects.

A key part of this role will be supporting ---------- implementations behind the scenes. While prior ---------- experience is not required, we are looking for someone who enjoys systems, workflows, software, and learning new tools quickly.

You’ll work closely with the founders to help keep projects, systems, communication, and business operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting day-to-day business administration and operational coordination
Assisting with proposals, workflow documentation, and client-facing materials
Supporting ---------- implementations behind the scenes
Assisting with system improvements, fixes, and support enquiries
Writing and maintaining SOPs, workflow guides, and system documentation
Updating boards, workflows, automations, and system structures
Assisting with data cleanup, organisation, and system maintenance
Supporting the founders with follow-ups, action items, and operational support

Strong written communication skills
Naturally structured and process-minded
Proactive and reliable
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Fast to learn new systems and software
Interested in workflows, systems, and operational improvement
