Job Description:
As a Full-Time Virtual Executive, you will provide crucial administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of TiE SG LIMITED. Your tasks will encompass Program Management, Event management, Social media marketing including content writing, and various other administrative duties aimed at optimizing our team's productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Program and Events Management:
• Strategically plan, organize, and execute events and initiatives aimed at increasing engagement among Charter Members while enhancing awareness and participation in TiE programs and activities.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive calendar of events, including networking sessions, speaker series, mentorship programs, and industry workshops, ensuring alignment with TiE’s mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, program committees, and external stakeholders to design high-impact initiatives that drive member engagement and foster a strong entrepreneurial community.
• Oversee end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, marketing, and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and high participation.
• Organize exclusive social and networking events for Charter Members, creating opportunities for meaningful connections, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in event planning and engagement strategies.
Operations:
• Oversee the seamless execution of day-to-day operations by maintaining a comprehensive chapter calendar, ensuring all events, programs, and meetings are scheduled and executed in a timely manner.
• Manage and regularly update Zoho databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient data management.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director (ED), assisting with documentation, communication, invoice management, and coordination of key initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events, promotional activities, and operational tasks.
• Monitor timelines, track progress, and ensure the on-time completion of deliverables across various programs and initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Social Media Marketing & Website Management:
• Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram to promote TiE programs, events, and initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Provide content for newsletters to the designer with relevant updates, success stories, and upcoming events to keep members informed and engaged. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, highlight key achievements, and enhance TiE’s digital presence.

• Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Regularly update the website with upcoming events, programs, and activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for members and visitors. Maintain an updated directory of new and existing members, highlighting key profiles and contributions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Project/Program Management, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in event planning, program management, or marketing.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational skills to manage event calendars, Zoho databases, and provide administrative support.
• Experience in social media content creation,
• Proficiency in updating websites, maintaining member directories, and using CRM tools like Zoho.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders, members, and vendors.
• Ability to track engagement metrics, assess program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
