JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based media and property business, and we are in the process of building a serious media company. We currently have over 130,000 followers across our social media channels and we are growing aggressively.

The business spans property operations, investor acquisition, and education, and our content sits at the centre of all of it.

We are a fast-moving team that values reliability, initiative, and attention to detail. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a business that is scaling quickly.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations and Media Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business on a part-time basis.

This is a fully remote role starting at 15 to 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours and pay significantly for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Managing and updating our CRM (we use Close) to ensure contact records, lead statuses, and pipeline data are always accurate and up to date

Supporting general social media management across YouTube and Instagram, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement tasks

Tracking content performance stats across platforms and compiling regular reports so the team has a clear view of what is working

Conducting research and data entry tasks as directed, including sourcing contacts, compiling information, and organising data into structured formats

Supporting general operations and admin tasks across the business, including document management, follow-ups, and ad hoc requests

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Experience supporting a media brand, content creator, or online business
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic performance tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Close, or a strong ability to learn new tools quickly
- High attention to detail and a proven track record of reliable, accurate work
- Able to work independently and manage your own time without constant supervision
- Previous experience working with a UK or US-based employer is a strong advantage

RATE AND HOURS
Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week
