Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Training Project Manager to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, experience supporting C-level executives, and the ability to manage and guide a team of remote employees efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support remote employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
* Conduct weekly check-in calls with employees to monitor performance, offer support, and maintain engagement.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, similar to an Account Manager role.
* Develop, structure, and maintain training materials and documentation.
* Lead training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Manage administrative tasks, including organizing reports, maintaining documentation, and overseeing operational processes.
* Work primarily during afternoon and evening hours, with flexibility to align with U.S. time zones when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working remotely—this is essential.
* Strong administrative background with the ability to manage and organize complex tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, including leading training sessions, conducting employee check-ins, and engaging with clients.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain structured processes and documentation.
* Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus, with the ability to interact professionally at high business levels.
