Responsibilities:
Google Workspace organization and management
Gmail organization using labels, filters, folders, and follow-up systems
Google Calendar scheduling and calendar management
Email
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM management
Email
Asana task and project coordination
Organizing workflows, systems, and operational processes
Managing follow-ups and maintaining organized communication
Supporting administrative and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Strong Google Workspace experience REQUIRED
Advanced Gmail filter and
Google Calendar scheduling experience REQUIRED
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience REQUIRED
Email
Asana experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Able to work independently and take initiative

You do not have experience managing
You are not comfortable with organization and systems management
