Operations / Project Manager — Digital Marketing (Web, SEO, PPC)

40hr/Wk, this is not a part ---------- position.

I'm building out the team that handles all the marketing behind them, web design, AI web dev, SEO, link building, PPC, and some basic social media.

I need ONE person to be the operations backbone. Your job is to keep projects organized, manage the freelancers who do the work and build out our SOPs.
I'll train you on how I do things. But I'm not looking for someone I have to babysit. If you need to be told twice, this isn't for you.

What you'll actually be doing:

Taking all my projects (2-3 companies) and getting them organized in ClickUp or similar, tasks, deadlines, who's doing what
Assigning work to freelancers and vendors and following up until it's done
Finding and vetting new freelancers when we need them (designers, devs, SEO, PPC people)
Writing SOPs
Checking work that comes in.

Some light hands-on stuff yourself: small site edits, basic Canva, the occasional thing that just needs to get done.

What I need from you:

A couple years managing projects / freelancers / remote teams, ideally at an agency
Really good English, written and spoken. You'll be managing other freelancers so this matters
You know ClickUp or Asana or Notion or something like it
You understand web (WordPress / HTML), SEO and PPC enough to manage it and spot problems.

Nice if you have it:

Can do light web edits or basic dev yourself
Played around with AI web tools (Codex, Claude Code)
Used Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
