About Us

PipelinedLab helps businesses generate qualified meetings through cold email, outbound systems, lead generation, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation.

We are looking for a proactive Operations & Marketing Assistant who can become the founder’s right hand and help manage campaigns, clients, systems, and daily operations.

This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into an Operations Manager role.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation

* Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, and other tools
* Verify email addresses
* Research companies and decision-makers
* Maintain clean prospect databases

Outbound Campaign Management

* Set up and manage Instantly campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance
* Manage inboxes and follow-ups
* Update CRM and reporting systems

Marketing Support

* Assist with Google Ads campaigns
* Assist with Facebook Ads campaigns
* Upload creatives and ad copy
* Monitor campaign performance
* Create reports and dashboards

Operations

* Manage ClickUp tasks and workflows
* Follow and improve SOPs
* Prepare client reports
* Organize documents and processes
* Assist with client onboarding

Administrative Support

* Calendar management
* Meeting scheduling
* Research tasks
* AI-assisted support using ChatGPT and Claude

Requirements

Must Have

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organized
* Reliable internet connection
* Experience with Google Sheets
* Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools
* Ability to work independently and solve problems

* Apollo experience
* Instantly experience
* ClickUp experience
* Google Ads experience
* Facebook Ads experience
* Lead generation experience
* Cold email experience

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days you will:

* Manage lead generation independently
* Maintain outbound campaigns
* Keep ClickUp fully organized
* Assist with Google Ads and Facebook Ads management
* Reduce the founder’s operational workload by at least 10 hours per week

Working Hours

* 20 hours per week to start
* Opportunity to grow to 30-40 hours per week
* Flexible schedule
* Fully remote

Compensation

* $4-$7 per hour depending on experience and performance
* Performance bonuses available
