Operations Manager — Ticket Resale | Online Drops PH | Remote — Philippines
We are a fast-growing ticket resale company seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role with real impact — you will be at the center of day-to-day operations and team management as we continue to scale.

Paid One-Month Trial Period
All new hires will begin with a paid one-month trial period. Total working hours during the trial will likely not exceed 3 hours per day, 7 days a week. Hours will likely be higher during the weekend. Upon successful completion, candidates may be extended a more fixed-term, full-time contract as a permanent manager with the company.

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates must be available for a virtual, camera-on video interview within the next week. Please do not apply if you are unable to meet this timeline or are unwilling to appear on camera. Selected candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Employment Agreement prior to beginning work.

Working Hours
CST: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM | Philippine Standard Time: 12:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Many tasks can be completed at any point during the day and offer flexibility. However, due to the nature of event schedules, there will be times when active work during US Central hours is required. Candidates must be comfortable with and prepared for this schedule. If you are not comfortable working during US Central hours when needed, please do not apply. Hours will range from week to week based on workload, hours will be tracked and wage will be paid out on a weekly basis based on hours worked.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a team of multiple employees based in the Philippines
Purchase tickets on behalf of the company using provided payment methods and credit cards
Handle and manage company credit card information and payment processing responsibly
Monitor team performance and provide daily direction and support
Communicate clearly and professionally via email and written correspondence
Utilize Ticketmaster and VPN/proxy tools as part of daily workflow
Apply working knowledge of the ticket resale industry to guide operations
Edit, format, and manage PDF documents as needed
Be available for daily status meetings during working hours, timing for calls can shift based on timezone differences

Requirements

Strong English writing and verbal communication skills — required
Proven experience managing a team of multiple people
Expert problem-solving skills — must have a proactive, figure-it-out mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and work through challenges independently without hand-holding
A positive, solutions-focused attitude; this role requires someone who digs in and finds answers rather than waiting for direction on every issue
Trustworthy and detail-oriented when handling company payment methods and financial tasks
Ability to edit and work with PDF documents
Proficiency with email communication and professional writing
Comfortable working with Ticketmaster platform and VPN/proxy tools
Must be comfortable working during US Central hours when event schedules require it
Must be available for a camera-on virtual interview within the next week
Must be willing to sign an NDA and Employment Agreement before starting
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Available for daily check-ins and on-call availability during shift hours

Strongly Preferred

Prior ticket industry experience — strongly preferred
Previous experience working in ticket resale operations
Hands-on experience with online ticketing platforms and secondary market tools
Prior management experience in a remote or online business environment — strongly preferred

Ticket industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates with a background in ticket resale will be given strong consideration.
