About us
We're a fast-growing US lead generation agency. We sell qualified leads to home-service contractors (roofing, painting, gutters, etc.) and we're onboarding new clients every single day. We're scaling fast and need a sharp operations person to own the engine room — making sure every client is set up right, looked after, and kept buying.
What you'll own
This isn't a button-pushing role. You're running operations for a high-volume client base:
Oversee all new client accounts, making sure each one is created on time and as may leads as possible are sold.
Sales & retention tracking — know how many leads each client has bought, track their retention, and constantly find ways to keep them buying longer
SMS support — be the first point of contact for all clients over text, resolving issues and escalating phone calls to the right tea
Process optimization — keep operations tight and organized while always improving how we do things. This role is for someone who loves building better systems, not someone who wants the same checklist forever
Reporting — report retention on a client-by-client basis so we always know where we stand

Obsessed with organization — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
A natural systems-thinker who gets a kick out of optimizing and improving processes
Excellent written English (this is a texting-heavy role)
Coachable — you take feedback and act on it fast
Self-driven — you care about results and retention numbers, not just hours logged
Comfortable with CRMs (GoHighLevel and ClickUp experience is a big plus)
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Hours: Must be able to work US business hours.
Pay & growth: $500 USD/month to start, plus bonuses tied to client retention. We're scaling fast — strong performers grow with the company in both pay and responsibility. We pay on time, every time.
