We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our organizational growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO to define the team structure, streamline operations, and implement key strategies that mirror the success of industry leaders like myamazonguy.com and sellerinteractive.com.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Building: Define and develop our organizational chart, identifying key roles and resources needed for growth.

Recruitment & HR Collaboration: Work with HR and recruitment teams to target and hire top talent from competitors, ensuring we bring in the best in the industry.

Process Optimization: Implement scalable processes that drive operational efficiency and growth, focusing on Amazon account management, advertising, and client service.

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring the team meets client KPIs, manages accounts effectively, and operates at peak efficiency.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to set strategic objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the business operates with a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in operations management within an Amazon advertising agency or similar industry.
- Proven experience building and managing teams, preferably by targeting talent from competitors.
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and advertising services (PPC, SEO, DSP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on scalability.
