Operations Manager

Elliano Design and Elliano Wine Journeys are two growing luxury brands led by a visionary creative who needs an equally visionary executor. We're looking for a part-time Operations Manager who lives for systems, thrives on accountability, and genuinely loves the satisfaction of a well-run operation.

This role is equal parts project shepherd and accountability partner. You'll track deliverables across both businesses, keep communications and timelines organized, and yes, manage up to the CEO to make sure the right things are getting done at the right time. That last part matters. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need someone who will flag what's falling through the cracks, follow up without being asked, and deliver honest, caring pushback when it's needed. The ideal candidate is assertive and direct, but also emotionally intelligent enough to know that leading with warmth gets better results than leading with a clipboard.

You'll work primarily over Zoom and using our online tools (Houzz Pro, ---------- ), and you should be comfortable picking up new tools quickly. Strong written English, excellent follow-through, and a bias toward action are non-negotiables.

Position will be 10 hours a week to start, with the goal of moving towards full-time employment within 6-12 months.
