Let’s See Italy is a fast-growing tour operator specializing in unforgettable experiences across Rome. We are a dynamic, detail-driven team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while scaling our operations efficiently.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in the Rome tour industry to join our remote team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, improving tour performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Ticketing Operations

Prepare and manage daily ticket purchasing lists
Verify guest names and booking details for accuracy
Coordinate with internal ticket-buying team
Purchase tickets through official websites and B2B platforms
Operations Management

Coordinate with meeting point (MP) coordinators regarding guest lists
Distribute tickets to tour guides for upcoming tours
Maintain daily communication with guides to resolve operational issues
Update tour schedules and manage changes in Rezdy
Coordinate with Customer Service to communicate schedule updates
Ensure Rezdy calendar is accurate and availability is up to date
Escalate operational issues to leadership when necessary
Guide & Review Management

Create and maintain guide performance review reports
Improve overall review collection rates
Identify, document, and escalate negative reviews to guides and management
Tour Performance & Growth

Analyze and improve occupancy rates across key tours:
Food Tours
Cooking Classes
Night Tours
Vatican Private Tours
Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings and fill rates
Cross-Selling & Upselling

Increase conversion of existing customers into additional tours
Develop systems to help guides effectively cross-sell
Create tools and materials (maps, QR codes, etc.) to support upselling efforts
Requirements

Previous experience in the tourism industry in Rome (required)
Strong operational and organizational skills
Experience with booking systems (Rezdy preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (especially with remote teams)
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving performance metrics
