We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee client appointment scheduling, manage any session changes, and communicate updates to our team of in home therapists, and clients for our ABA Therapy company. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and timely communication across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and update client appointments in our scheduling software. (Vericlock)
- Communicate any appointment changes clearly and promptly to therapists and internal tea
- Track and update session completion data (e.g., hours worked, therapist information) in Google Sheets and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules and staff assignments.
- Communicate professionally with clients via Slack and or
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent / Mastery Level English — both written and verbal communication must be clear and professional.
- Must have experience working in customer service and or client relationship management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Hardworking and willing to learn — eager to take on new tasks and continuously improve.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and scheduling platforms.
- Needs to be able to work on EST and available for potential shifts 7 days of the week
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in the Healthcare industry (Does not have to be ABA, but high level Healthcare)
- Has experience working with kids and or in the ABA industry
