Job Description:
As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s day-to-day activities. You will be stepping into the shoes of our current Operations Manager, working closely with our client success and support teams. This is a full-time, remote role, and your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the recruitment and hiring of new team members.
Managing payroll and maintaining KPI sheets.
Holding the support team accountable for their KPIs.
Streamlining the recruiting and interview process for new hires.
Providing management support to our client success team.
Overseeing email management software, CRM tools, and platforms like Help Scout to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a remote or international setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM systems, email management software, Help Scout, and other operational tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
A selfless, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
