We are looking for a reliable, proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to become a long-term part of our UK wedding and events business.
You will manage our day-to-day operations and help keep everything organised behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Gmail and replying to client enquiries
Updating Trello boards, checklists and CRM
Learning and using Planyway for scheduling
Scheduling warehouse prep, deliveries and collections
Coordinating staff rotas for events
Following up with venues and suppliers by
Updating Xero quotes and invoices (training provided)
Email
Social media scheduling
Maintaining Google Drive files and documents
General business administration
Requirements:
Excellent written English
Strong organisation skills
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with Trello or similar project management software
Fast learner with attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
This is a long-term position with opportunities to increase hours as the business grows.
