JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to: Founder
Setup: Fulltime, remote (offshore — PH)
Hours: 40
Timezone overlap: 4H required daily (GMT+1 Amsterdam)
Mission: Drive day-to-day execution across marketing, ecommerce, and operations
This role is one of the earlier roles at our company — hence the varied responsibilities. As the company scales you'll be able to take on a more specialised senior role and train new employees.

A. Marketing execution

Schedule and publish content across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, email) following the content calendar.
Build and schedule email campaigns and flows; QA links, segmentation, and rendering before send.
Marketing designs: working with Canva and AI design tools.
Prepare ad assets: cut/resize creatives, write basic copy variants, upload into ad platforms, and tag UTMs.
Manage our website in Framer. Previous experience with Framer is necessary.
Manage the content library: organize raw assets, edits, and approved finals in a clear folder structure.
Run competitor and trend research; compile into weekly briefs.

B. Ecommerce operations

Product research and listing using AI tools.
Maintain product listings: titles, descriptions, images, variants, SEO fields, pricing — across Shopify and various other stores.
Shopify customer support.
Order fulfillment.
Liaise with 3PL/suppliers on shipments, ETAs, and issues; keep a tracker of POs and inbound stock.
Resolve order issues: missing items, address changes, refunds, replacements — coordinating with CS where applicable.
Manage returns workflow and reporting.
Audit storefront weekly: broken links, out-of-stock pages, mis-tagged products, banner/CTA accuracy.

C. Operations (cross-business + agency support)

Maintain SOPs and process docs; update when anything changes.
Tea ---------- mber onboarding.
Client onboarding support.
User management of our Google Workspace and LastPass accounts.
Vendor and contractor coordination: briefs, deadlines, follow-ups, invoicing handoff to bookkeeping.

D. Analytics & reporting

Build and maintain weekly KPI dashboards: revenue, AOV, conversion rate, traffic, ad spend, ROAS, email performance, CS metrics.
Pull monthly performance reports per brand/client with short written commentary on what changed and why.

E. Ways of working

Speed of working and communication as we are a 100% remote company
Default to ownership: identify problems and propose solutions, don't just escalate.
Document everything reusable; the goal is leverage, not dependency.
Communicate in async written updates (end-of-day notes) plus a weekly review.
Comfortable working across multiple brands/clients and switching context cleanly.
