We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Manager to handle all customer support for our eCommerce brand. Your main responsibilities will include replying to customer emails about order updates, refunds, and exchanges, and following our detailed SOP to resolve each case accurately. You’ll also be expected to coordinate with our factory in China (head of production) and our fulfillment team in China (shipping/logistics) to get customers the answers they need. Strong written English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions closely are a must. This is a long-term remote position with room to grow. Experience in eCommerce or working with international teams is a plus.
