Operations Coordinators (Remote | Full-Time)

Salary: PHP 50,000/month + monthly performance incentives
Schedule: Sydney Business Hours (Australia)

Swiss Army is a growing Australian support services company helping trade and home service businesses manage customer communication, scheduling, and daily operations. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable Operations Coordinators to support our clients with inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, scheduling, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
-Make outbound calls to customers regarding bookings, quotes, job updates, and follow-ups
-Conduct post-job customer satisfaction ("happy calls")
-Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
2. Inbound Customer Service
-Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally
-Assist customers with bookings, scheduling questions, and service-related concerns
-Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer requests
3. Scheduling & Coordination:
-Manage and schedule jobs efficiently
-Coordinate technician calendars, appointments, and job allocations
-Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day operational activities

Requirements:
At least 1 year of remote work experience
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
Comfortable using time-tracking software for payroll purposes

Compensation
PHP 50,000 monthly base salary
Monthly incentives based on KPI performance
