JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our SEO and Digital Marketing Agency. This role is a mix of team management and hands-on work, so the right candidate should be comfortable overseeing projects while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done. While SEO experience is not required, your application will be prioritized if you have knowledge in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support tea ---------- mbers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Organize workflows and keep processes running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with tea ---------- mbers across channels.
- Ability to absorb instructions quickly, learn new processes independently, and execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with SEO-related tasks, including keyword research and internal linking.
- Work with Google Sheets for data organization and deduplication.
- Manage content and projects within WordPress.
- Support projects on additional platforms such as Squarespace and Shopify (a plus).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage both themselves and others effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You will be communicating on a daily basis with tea ---------- mbers who speak English, so it’s crucial that you have very strong skills here.
- A problem-solver who can follow directions and execute tasks consistently.
- Eager and motivated to learn. We’re a rapidly growing business that’s always evolving.
- Open to feedback. We won’t micro-manage, but we will provide constructive input to help you improve and succeed.
- Experience in Google Sheets for data tasks.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts; experience with keyword research or internal linking is a plus.
- Previous management experience (a plus)
- Knowledge of Squarespace and Shopify (a plus)

Job Details:
- This is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into additional hours.
- Flexible on working hours, if you clock the necessary hours between Monday and Sunday each week.
- $4/hr USD
