We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our real estate team’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks across the team
Organise property listings, documents, and marketing materials (Google Drive, Excel, portals)
Liaise with agents, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
Schedule appointments, viewings, and team activities
Track and update listings status (new, sold, under offer, etc.)
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic admin work
Ensure all listings are properly uploaded and maintained on platforms
Support marketing efforts (organising photos, videos, brochures)
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good communication (clear English, professional tone)
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Prior real estate/admin experience is a plus
