Role Overview
As the Operations Coordinator, you are the central hub of our project lifecycle. Your primary mission is to ensure that after a sale is made, the transition to installation is seamless, professional, and on schedule. You will be responsible for precise order auditing, managing the installation calendar, and maintaining clear, proactive communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Order Review & Auditing: Conduct a thorough review of all incoming orders for accuracy before they go to production. Ensure measurements, material specs, and pricing align with the contract.
Installation Scheduling: Manage the master calendar for our installation teams. Optimize routes and timing to ensure maximum efficiency.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their installation timeline. Provide updates on lead times and confirm all appointments via phone and
Team Coordination: Communicate daily schedules to the installation crew, ensuring they have the necessary project details and documentation for each job site.
CRM Management: Keep all project statuses updated in real-time within our CRM to ensure the sales team and management have full visibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for client-facing interactions.
Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience managing complex calendars or logistics.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in technical orders or contracts.
Construction Background: Familiarity with construction terminology, permitting, or site requirements is a significant plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Google Calendar/Outlook, and basic project management tools.
