We are a U.S.-based HR and Talent Acquisition firm seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, team-oriented consulting organization. This role will support projects and deliverables across the organization helping us deliver excellent results while being an active part of our growing culture.

What you’ll do:
• Monitor assigned inboxes in the help desk ticketing system, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex requests as needed.
• Track ticket progress to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and closed items are documented properly.
• Maintain the project management system by updating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for accuracy.
• Close out completed projects by archiving documents, finalizing checklists, and recording outcomes.
• Prepare post-project surveys, log results, and generate summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate internal scheduling and maintain shared calendars for project and operational needs.
• Assist with document gathering, creation, and updates to support system implementations and process changes.
• Update organizational SOPs, workflows, and documentation to reflect current practices.
• Maintain client and organizational databases, ensuring contact lists and records remain accurate.
• Generate operational and project status reports for leadership using data from systems.
• Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues in tickets or projects and recommending updates.


What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years directly supporting U.S.-based companies.
• Strong customer service background.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing, project management, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage processes end-to-end, and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, U.S. business standard).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive able to anticipate needs and deliver results.
•Highly organized with the ability to create processes where non exist.

Requirements (Technical & Remote Work):
• Equipment: A dedicated Windows PC (not shared) with up-to-date security and software.
• Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting VoIP calls (for phone/video meetings).
• Must work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
• This is a remote, work-from-home position you must have a reliable and professional home office setup.
