Hello!
My name is Nancy-Kay Neville, and my husband David and I own Royal Splendor Travel.
We are a family-owned travel and community company serving primarily women age 50 and over. Our travelers are known as Royals, and we believe travel should be joyful, organized, welcoming, and filled with meaningful connections.
We are looking for an Operations & Community Coordinator to help us organize projects, support our community, coordinate activities, manage content, and help bring ideas to life.
This is not a typical virtual assistant position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order from chaos, loves helping people, communicates with kindness, and takes pride in making sure things get done.
About You:

Responsibilities:
Project Management
Maintain project boards and task lists
Track deadlines and follow-up items
Coordinate projects across multiple tea
Create workflows and systems
Help keep projects moving forward
Community Support:
Coordinate club activities and schedules
Assist with birthday and recognition programs
Support community engagement initiatives
Help manage member communications
Monitor and organize community feedback and ideas
Content Coordination:
Organize Google Photos and content libraries
Coordinate content for social media, blogs,
Prepare materials for graphic design projects
Help create and maintain content calendars
Assist with basic Canva projects when needed
Travel Support:
Help organize traveler documents and welcome materials
Assist with trip preparation workflows
Coordinate project timelines for travel programs
Organize travel-related information and resources
Administrative Support:
Calendar management
Meeting coordination
Follow-up communications
Research projects
Vendor and supplier research
Documentation and process organization
Required Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills
Project management mindset
Google Docs and Google Drive experience
Spreadsheet experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
