JOB OVERVIEW

DVRG Media is a Meta ads and lead generation agency based in Tacoma, Washington. We run paid ads, produce video creative, and manage full campaigns for home service businesses across the Puget Sound. We're growing fast and I need a right-hand operator to run the day-to-day so I can focus on sales and growth.
This is not a task-monkey VA role. I need someone who thinks like an operator, communicates like a professional, and takes ownership without being micromanaged.

What you'll own:

Daily ad account review across all active clients — flagging anything off KPI before it becomes a problem
Client success management — keeping clients informed, engaged, and on track through Slack
Editor and videographer coordination — pushing projects through the pipeline and making sure nothing gets stuck
Script queue management — using our AI-assisted framework to draft ad scripts for client review
Onboarding new clients into our systems — Notion, Slack, KPI trackers
Diagnosing issues in the funnel and either fixing them or escalating with a clear recommendation

You're the right person if:

You've managed multiple clients or accounts simultaneously and know how to prioritize without being told
You've built or improved a process from scratch — not just followed one
You communicate proactively. If something's broken, you say so. If you're stepping away, you say so.
You respond within 15 minutes during working hours on Slack — no exceptions
You're comfortable being tracked via time tracking software
You want to grow with the business — this role has a clear path to Operations Manager as we scale

Tools we use:
Notion, Slack, GoHighLevel (VidLead), Zapier, Meta Business Suite, Google Suite, Claude AI
Experience with all of these is a plus. Zapier and GoHighLevel can be learned — everything else you should know.

The details:

4 hours/day, 5 days/week to start (10AM–2PM PST)
7-day paid trial period before committing
Starting rate: $5–6/hour with clear room to grow as the role expands
Must be available during PST hours — no exceptions
Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace

To apply:
Do not send a generic cover letter. Tell me specifically: what process have you built from scratch, what broke, and what did it look like after you fixed it? Applications without a direct answer to this question will not be reviewed.
Bonus points if you include a short Loom video.
