JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Must be available U.S. Eastern Standard Time (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PH night shift)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)

About Us
We are a due diligence research company serving attorneys, lenders, and title companies across the U.S. since 2002. We specialize in:

UCC lien & corporate searches
Real estate title abstracting
Municipal lien searches

We are rebuilding a U.S.-based operations company and need someone who can design and build systems from scratch.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a build role.

The Role

This is not a role where systems are already in place — you will be the one to design, implement, and manage:

What you’ll do:

Design workflows for how work gets done
Implement systems (Airtable, tracking tools, automation)
Document SOPs so processes are repeatable
Improve turnaround time and reduce errors
Help transform a manual operation into a structured system
QC and performance monitoring systems
Training, on-boarding, and recruitment support for new hires

Who you are:

Experience building systems and processes (not just managing them)
Startup or fast-paced environment experience
Comfortable with tools like Airtable, CRMs, automation and AI
Strong problem-solving mindset
Can work independently and take ownership

Important:
If your experience is only in large corporate/BPO environments managing teams, this role is NOT a fit. This is for an entrepreneurial and builder role with start up mindset.

Qualifications

3–7+ years in Operations building/ Admin / Team Management/ Start Up / Process improvement (preferably legal support, mortgage/title outsourcing).

Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch.
Strong knowledge of SLA, QC, and remote team monitoring.
Tech-savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, AI Tools, Excel dashboards, Slack/Teams (Trello/Asana/Zoho/Airtable preferred).
Automation Specialist
Project Management
Excellent English (written + spoken).
Resourceful, independent, proactive — a problem-solver who creates order where none exists.
Strong leadership — able to hold staff accountable and train new hires.
Compensation & Growth

$1,200 – $1800 USD/month (depending on experience).

Full-time, long-term role.
