JOB OVERVIEW

La Paella LLC, an e-commerce business specializing in Spanish cookware for the U.S. market, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our small team. This individual will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across various departments, including accounting, sales, marketing, inventory and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to retain and apply new information effectively in their role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
*ORDER MANAGEMENT: Process purchase orders and invoices in collaboration with the Accounting Admin, and manage product returns, chargeback disputes, and damage claims across multiple marketplaces, ensuring timely resolution to maximize savings and efficiency.
*INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Upload and report daily product inventory on all selling platforms, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring all in-stock products are available for purchase to contribute to sales growth.
*ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Generate and maintain accounting reports for QuickBooks entry, organize files and records, and distribute shared reports, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
*SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT: Generate and distribute sales reports, monitor competitor activity, and assist in optimizing product catalog and images to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all platforms, driving sales growth.
*Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via email, providing helpful guidance, and offering tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*English proficiency C2 level or higher (fluent reading, speaking, and comprehension)
*Minimum 2 years in business operations, e-commerce or a related field
*Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level; macro experience a big plus) and Google Sheets
*Experience with Photoshop editing, a plus

WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, within the hours of 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM EST (Florida, USA).
