JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly resourceful and detail-oriented Remote Operations Assistant Integrator who can handle anything thrown their way. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to manage complex tasks independently. You will be responsible for handling a variety of operational, administrative, and marketing tasks to support our online education business.

Responsibilities:

- Take project tasks and execute them with minimal oversight.
- Organize and compile materials such as VSL decks, webinar slides, and email sequences.
- Manage scheduling, coordination, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Work within project management tools (Asana) to ensure tasks are tracked and completed on time.
- Maintain and organize documents in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Utilize GoHighLevel and ConvertKit to manage marketing automation and CRM tasks.
- Design simple visual assets and presentations using Canva.
- Coordinate communication via Slack, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling and managing interviews, calls, and meetings efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively solve problems as they arise.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in:
- Asana (or similar project management tools)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- GoHighLevel (or similar CRM platforms)
- ConvertKit (or other email marketing platforms)
- Slack (for internal communication)
- Canva (for basic design work)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative without constant direction.
- Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an online education, coaching, or digital marketing business.

Experience coordinating with remote teams across different time zones.
Familiarity with additional automation and marketing platforms is a plus.
