About the Role: Advisor Tech Partners helps financial advisory firms improve their CRM systems, workflows, automations, scheduling tools, and client service processes.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-comfortable Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to help support our owners, advisors, internal operations, CRM tasks, automations, documentation, and YouTube/content workflow.
You do not need to already know every tool listed in this post. We are happy to train the right person.

What You Will Help With: You may help with tasks such as the items below.
- Keeping CRM records, tasks, notes, and follow-ups organized
- Updating workflows and client/advisor information
- Helping with CRM cleanup and data organization
- Supporting basic automations in tools like Zapier
- Helping document processes and create simple SOPs
- Creating Loom tutorials or internal training videos
- Supporting scheduling tools like Calendly or GReminders
- Helping with YouTube publishing tasks
- Editing simple videos or coordinating video content
- Creating simple thumbnails, titles, and descriptions
- Uploading and scheduling YouTube videos
- Supporting owners and advisors with administrative and operational tasks
- Sending simple follow-up

Work ScheduleThis is a full-time role.
- Schedule - Monday-Friday
- Hours - 8:00 AM-4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

Compensation
- Starting compensation is $800 USD per month for the first 6 months.
- After a successful 6-month performance review, compensation increases to $1,200 USD per month.
- Performance bonuses may also be available based on quality, reliability, and results.
