Hi, I'm Lachie.

I run a fast-growing marketing agency that helps aesthetic clinics and med spas generate more clients through paid advertising and appointment setting.

I'm currently looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to become my right hand and help us expand over the United States & Canada.

This is not a typical VA role.

I'm not looking for someone to simply complete assigned tasks. I'm looking for someone who wants to take ownership, solve problems, keep things organised and become a key part of the company as we grow. Meaning your income will grow as we do.

Your responsibility is simple: Take as much backend operational responsibility off my plate as possible so I can focus on growth. We need someone proficient in GoHighlevel, ClickUp, Google Docs, Sheets and bonus if you are with Claude.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Client Onboarding. Your responsibility is to ensure every client is onboarded smoothly and efficiently.

2. Operations Management. Your responsibility is to keep the business organised and moving forward. Fixing issues on the day to day, then building processes around the issue so they don’t re-occur.

3. Quality Assurance. Your responsibility is to identify issues before they become problems.

4. Founder Support. Your responsibility is to remove operational work from the founder's plate. You are my right hand, communicating with tea ---------- mbers & me.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organisation
- Ability to follow SOPs and Loom videos
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet and equipment

Growth Opportunity

This is not a short-term VA position. The right person will become a key part of the business and will take on increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows. As we scale, this role has the opportunity to evolve into an Operations Manager position.

Compensation

- $10 AUD/hour
