What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various tasks related to order processing, inventory management, and daily reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and robust analytical capabilities. The candidate should have expert-level Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage task lists for our warehouses, ensuring timely completion and identifying any missed or overdue tasks
• Monitor daily order processing, ensuring that all rush orders are shipped on time
• Investigate and resolve issues with old in-process orders that have not yet shipped
• Verify the fulfillment and billing of all orders shipped from the warehouses on a daily basis
• Regularly compare our inventory system to our warehouses, and report any discrepancies to the team
• Prepare a daily summary of warehouse tasks and organize them by status
• Generate a daily report of all open orders, providing updates on their current status

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills (MUST)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:
Must be available for at least 6 out of the 8 hours during our business hours( The other two hours can be adjusted due to the time difference). Our business hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
