Operations Analyst – Packform USA LLC

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support and scale Packform’s rapidly growing dealer network. This role is critical to delivering operational excellence across our technology-driven packaging platform while building strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing project-based orders within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will act as a problem solver, process improver, and operational partner—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end order processing and project coordination across Packform’s platform
* Partner with Relationship Managers and dealers to support order execution and issue resolution
* Identify process gaps and proactively implement improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
* Investigate and resolve order-related discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
* Maintain high data integrity across systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and internal tools)
* Support cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through automation, reporting, and workflow enhancements

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with multinational, U.S.-based companies, preferably in operations, e-commerce, or shared services environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy and comfortable working across systems and tools (ERP/CRM experience is a plus)
* A fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and upskilling
* Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex operational challenges

Work Schedule Requirement
* Must be willing to work U.S. business hours (including overnight shifts in the Philippines) to support real-time collaboration with Packform’s U.S.-based teams and dealer network
