Operations Analyst

About the Role:
We are searching for a fluent English Speaking Operations Analyst who will carry out various administrative tasks within an exciting UK-based startup in the drone logistics space. If you’re detail oriented, driven and like a fast-paced working environment, this one for you!

What You'll Do:
Expense Management:
Guarantee that all expenses are correctly reflected in company financial records.
Order Processing
Place orders efficiently and accurately as requested.
Source materials from various suppliers and websites.
Supplier and Payment Management
Supplier invoice capture, bill coding
Manage weekly payment runs for suppliers, and urgent payment runs where necessary
Ensure timely and accurate payments to maintain supplier relationships.
Process Documentation
Document operational processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose efficiency enhancements.
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative support as needed.
Handle ad-hoc tasks to support smooth daily operations.


Compensation:
Competitive salary: PHP 60,000 per month + a quarterly performance bonus

Working Hours:
9 AM - 5 PM UK time (5 PM - 1 AM Philippines time), Monday to Friday
This is a full time role only

Required Skills:
Organised and reliable
Good at context switching
Comfortable with numbers: ideally with an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and some finance training or experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Interested in making processes more efficient

To land this job, you must:
Have 2+ years of professional experience in operational or finance roles
Be willing to work UK hours
Have your own work from home setup including: a fast internet connection, reliable laptop or desktop capable of carrying out your work, and a quiet space to take meetings
