Operation Manager

We are a dedicated booking platform focused on Koh Samui serving guest from all around the world. We are seeking for an english speaking operation manager who can handle 30–50 bookings per day to keep the overview.

Process in simple steps:
- Answer simple customer questions via Live Chat, Whatsapp and Emails
- Request to operator availability
- Book tour with the local operator
- Send voucher via Email to guests
- Fill out google sheets, simples book keeping
- Have knowledge to work with Shopify will be a plus
- Planned Follow up Actions after tour
- Keep an overview of daily tasks

Normal customer support and all other skills you can help us with like social media management, research, etc.
