Do you love history? Have you traced your own family roots? Do you like brain-teasers and trying to solve mysteries?

We locate people who are entitled to an inheritance that they did not know about. Sometimes this is from a very distant relative, and we have to build a large family tree, tracking down cousins or great-great-grandchildren. Then we review public records to determine the current address for those people.

We need someone who can spend hours on the computer sifting through public records and utilizing databases like Ancestry and Family Search, and then track down the living descendants. We will train you, but it is tedious and repetitive work, although the ups and downs are sometimes fun, especially when we get a "big break" in a family that has been difficult to track down.

Sometimes a little bit of analysis is required, or you may get a hunch to follow, but in the end, all the connections must be based on records showing a solid link between family members by blood or marriage. If you look at each case as a mystery to tackle, and as a challenge to "win," by getting all those holes in the family tree filled in, then the work can actually be fun!

Once trained, we will begin incorporating you into the business more by expanding the scope of work.
