Full-Time OnlineI Researcher for Knowledge Base Creation

We are looking for a full-time AI Researcher to help us build detailed knowledge base documents using publicly available online information.

This is not a coding or technical role. You do not need experience building knowledge base software.

Your role will be to research businesses, products, services, and industries online, then organise the information into clear, well-formatted Google Docs that can be used to power our AI assistants and demo apps.

What You’ll Do
- Research businesses, products, services, and industries using publicly available online information
- Find useful information from websites, Google, social media, public documents, PDFs, reviews, directories, articles, manuals, and other online sources
- Use AI tools heavily to summarise, organise, polish, and expand research
- Create structured knowledge base documents in Google Docs
- Turn raw online information into clear, useful, well-written content
- Create FAQs, service information, product information, business details, policies, support answers, and industry-specific content
- Check information for accuracy, usefulness, and completeness
- Follow templates, examples, and instructions we provide
- Work across many different industries and business types

Skills Needed
- Excellent online research skills
- Strong ability to find valuable public information online
- Very comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, summarising, and organising information
- Strong written English
- Good document formatting skills in Google Docs
- Ability to organise messy information into clear sections
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work accurately, quickly, and deeply
- Able to follow templates and instructions
- Reliable, organised, and available full-time

Important
- This is a remote/work-from-home position
- No coding or programming skills are required
- No technical knowledge base experience is required
- You will only use publicly available online information
- You do not need to call, email, or contact businesses
- Full training will be provided
- We will provide templates, examples, systems, and clear instructions
- Daily communication will be through Slack and video calls when needed

Your role is to become excellent at researching, organising, and polishing information so our team can use it to create high-quality AI knowledge bases and demo apps.

Salary & Hours
- This is a full-time role.
- Expected hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- The salary range is $600–$900 USD per month, depending on your research ability, English quality, AI skills, accuracy, speed, and reliability.
- We are looking for someone who can work consistently each week, communicate clearly, follow instructions, and become a long-term part of our team.
