Online Product Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality refill products for our Amazon store. You will work closely with the procurement and marketing teams to ensure we have a steady supply of in-demand products that meet our quality standards. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers for refill products.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and continuously seek out new sourcing opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor products to stay ahead of industry developments.
Analyze product performance and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Ensure all sourced products comply with Amazon’s policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in online sourcing, procurement, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and sourcing requirements.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sourcing tools.
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly products is a plus.

Benefits:
Start off at 20 to 30 hours a week. Hours may increase based off performance.
Bonus (1% of Estimated Profits Source up to $10 per item found)
