Role Overview: We're searching for a talented and driven Virtual Assistant to become our PPC & SEO Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns, improving our website's search engine rankings, and driving traffic and leads to our business. You'll have a direct impact on our online presence and contribute to our overall marketing success. Responsibilities:
-Maintain and optimize seasoned Google Ads account
-Set up and manage SEO on website landing pages
-Set up lead form automations for online inquiries
-Report KPI’s to our company Operation Manager
-Optimize online credibility
-Experience Required:
-Proven experience with Google Ads, SEO, and web design.
-Excellent verbal & written English communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
-Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and data management is a plus.
-Understanding of the real estate market, particularly off-market deals, is a bonus but not required.
