Responsibilities
Support Dream Team Academy clients using Trainerize for check-ins, form feedback, and progress tracking.
Engage in client conversations, offering guidance, motivation, and program adherence support.
Assist head coaches with program adjustments, ensuring clients stay on track with their weight loss and fitness goals.
Monitor client compliance and report red flags (struggles, lack of adherence, potential dropouts).
Provide form correction and workout tips to improve client performance and avoid injuries.
Contribute to client success stories by tracking transformations and sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications
Trainerize Experience: Must have worked with the Trainerize app in an online coaching role.
Online Coaching Background: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience coaching clients online (self-employed or within a coaching company).
Fluent English & Strong Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
Client Interaction Proof: Must attach screenshots of past conversations in Trainerize, showcasing client interactions, guidance, and check-ins.
Passion for Coaching: A genuine desire to help clients succeed and maintain accountability.
Full-Time Availability: Able to work full-time and start immediately.
