Enable Ag is on a mission to transform the lives of Australian farmers through world-class systems, coaching, and digital learning. Over the past two years, we’ve created dozens of powerful online courses as part of our Enable Ag Learning Portal (EALP) — and now, we’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our course content and learner experience.
This is NOT a sales or marketing role.
Your mission is to build and improve our course library, manage the Thinkific LMS, and increase client engagement and satisfaction with our online programs.

???? What You'll Own

???? Course Creation & Maintenance
• Turn rough ideas, outlines, or transcripts into structured, engaging learning content
• Design clean, video lessons using Canva
• Write clear, step-by-step scripts that make concepts easy to follow for farmers and clients
• Use ElevenLabs AI to generate voiceovers from your scripts
• Create downloadable PDFs, guides, and handouts
• Publish and maintain courses inside Thinkific
• Update at least 2 existing courses per month based on feedback
• Contribute to 60+ minutes of video content creation monthly
???? Client Experience & Engagement
• Onboard new program clients by guiding them through course access and expectations
• Respond to client questions related to course navigation or content
• Track learner progress and send reminders or check-ins to boost completion rates
• Proactively suggest & implement ways to improve user experience, layout, and learner flow in Thinkific
• Create UI/UX improvements to make courses more intuitive and enjoyable to complete
?? Systems & Feedback Loops
• Continuously research and implement improvements based on client feedback
• Document course processes and naming conventions
• Collaborate with the ops and coaching team to integrate new learnings and FAQs

? What We’re Looking For:

? Strong Canva experience — especially producing long form videos (10+ mins) (not just social media graphics)
? Clear written English and strong comprehension skills – you can write in plain, easy-to-understand language and follow instructions accurately
? Experience writing course scripts for videos – you're confident organising learning content into a clear, logical flow that works well for video lessons
? Worked in international client facing roles (preferably with Australian clients)
? Demonstrated experience using any LMS (Thinkific preferred, but Teachable/Kajabi okay too)
? Ownership mindset — someone who takes initiative, follows through, and improves systems
? Curious and committed to learner experience
? Strong attention to detail (structure, flow, repetition, visual consistency)
? Comfortable using tools like ElevenLabs, Thinkific, etc. (we’ll train if needed)
Nice-to-Haves:
? Experience in education, training, or course development
? UI/UX thinking for learners
? Familiar with SEO basics for course descriptions
? Comfortable tracking learner progress and suggesting engagement strategies

• Monthly Salary: Competitive base salary starting at PHP 40,000, with the potential to earn up to PHP 65,000/month based on performance. First performance review will be after 3-months’ probation. Clear path to salary increases based on course production + learner engagement impact. Opportunity to grow into a Learning Experience Lead role over time.
