Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Growth
Welcome and onboard new members with personalized DMs,
Moderate daily discussions, voice rooms, matchups, and events.
Develop & execute weekly engagement strategies and community prompts.
Implement challenges, giveaways, or spotlight posts to increase activity.
Operations & Systems
Track engagement data and create weekly performance reports.
Manage events calendar and coordinate logistics for live sessions.
Upload new content, videos, and resources in the platform.
Support customer service inquiries related to the community.
Content & Communication
Schedule posts, announcements, and community
Respond to messages and comments as the brand voice.
Manage member-led classes, volunteers, and matchups.
Keep SOPs up to date and suggest improvements to workflow.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience in community management, virtual assistant roles, or online moderation
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Experience with tools like: ClickFunnels, Heartbeat App, Canva,
Ability to learn fast, follow SOPs, and lead initiatives when needed
A people-first mindset with a natural love for connection and service
