Online Card Shop Assistant

Full-Time Assistant Trading Card Operations

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated full-time assistant to work directly alongside a trading card shop owner. This role focuses heavily on inventory management, pricing, documentation, online sales preparation, and helping keep operations organized across multiple ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, adaptable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Price cards accurately using eBay market research and recent sales
Label, organize, and input card information as needed
Prepare cards and inventory for eBay listings and online sales
Ensure listings are properly priced, including shipping costs and fees
Add cards, inventory details, and sales data into spreadsheets
Track and document sales performance
Create spreadsheets and reports for card show results, inventory movement, and sales tracking
Prep inventory for card shows, events, and online drops
Ability to use Card Dealer Pro efficiently
Assist with additional business-related tasks and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in trading cards, sports, collectibles, or hobby culture
Familiarity with eBay and online marketplaces
Experience with Card Dealer Pro is preferred
Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills
Attention to detail with pricing and documentation
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working flexible hours when needed

Schedule

Full-time position
Preferably looking for someone available to work the same hours as the owner
Schedule may vary depending on card shows, product releases, travel, and ongoing projects
Ideal Candidate
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collectibles, organization, and working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. One day may involve pricing and organizing inventory, while another may focus on spreadsheets, documenting card show results, or preparing large batches of inventory for online sales.
