Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Business Systems Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and managing our sales and lead funnels, automating processes, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your efforts will directly contribute to optimizing, organizing, and monetizing our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Sales & Lead Funnel Development: Design, implement, and manage effective sales and lead generation funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    •    Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
    •   ??Email Marketing: Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging our audience and driving conversions.
    •    CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate data management, segmentation, and reporting, facilitating informed business decisions.
    •    Social Media Growth & Management (Preferred): Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
    •    Social Media Advertising (Preferred): Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives and drive targeted traffic.

Qualifications:
    •    Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in building and managing sales funnels, automation, email marketing, and CRM systems.
    •    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
    •    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    •    Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a hunger for learning and a drive to take ownership of projects.
    •    Reliability: Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
    •    Independence: Capable of executing tasks independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
    •    Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and transparency.
    •    Social Media Expertise (Preferred): Experience in social media growth strategies, content creation, and advertising is a plus.
