Location: Remote / Permanent WFH
Employment Type: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Pay: $4–$5/hour ($640–$800/month)
Terms: Weekly pay through Wise

Lead Database & Sourcing Oversight
• Lead Vault Re-Mining: You are required to mine the Lead Database daily. Your goal is to identify historically non-performing leads that have now shifted into our profitability range due to market volatility.
• Team Coaching: Supervise the sourcing team's output, ensuring all sourcing methods are utilized effectively and providing feedback on lead rejections.
Purchasing Operations
• Double-Check Leads: Manually audit 100% of leads against the sourcing criteria before authorizing any capital.
• Procurement Discipline: Execute orders strictly following quantity, max cost-per-order, and daily spend limits issued by the Account Manager.
• Documentation: Complete purchases and immediately attach receipts/invoices to the master tracking system.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage restock orders for "Replens," identify damaged/mismatched stock, request returns from suppliers, and coordinate shipping documentation directly with the prep center.

Procurement Blacklisting
o Blacklist Management: Maintain a "Dead/Return-Prone Lead" database. Any ASIN that triggers more than a 2% return rate must be marked "High Risk" and prohibited from future procurement.
o Supplier Feedback: If return reasons indicate a supplier is shipping damaged items or items not matching the listing description, initiate a "Supplier Performance Audit" and, if necessary, terminate the relationship with that vendor.
