Job Purpose:
The On-Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing on-page content across client websites to improve search engine visibility and user engagement. This role primarily involves posting and structuring content, such as blogs, and executing content adjustments as directed by performance audits and strategic game plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and optimize content on websites, with a focus on blogs and other on-page elements.
Execute on-page changes and updates according to the structure and guidelines provided by the SEO Strategist.
Implement the game plan based on insights from content performance audits, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
Maintain consistency in content structure and formatting to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, content formatting, and internal linking.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured guidelines and implement strategic plans.
Basic understanding of SEO analytics and content performance metrics.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an on-page SEO or content optimization role.
Proven experience with posting and optimizing content on websites.
Working Hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Timeliness and accuracy in content posting and on-page adjustments.
Consistency in implementing the strategist’s game plan and content structures.
Positive content performance metrics, including engagement and SEO ranking improvements.
