Position Overview
We’re hiring an Offshore Operations Leader to take ownership of our back-end operations, lead offshore teams, and ensure day-to-day execution across licensing, applications, HR, and internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement. You won’t just manage work—you’ll build the systems that make work better.
This role supports HSA for America, one of the nation’s leading independent agencies for affordable health insurance alternatives. Success in this role looks like: a team that knows exactly what to do and when, processes that are documented and executed consistently, and operational workflows that run smoothly without needing to be micromanaged. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to spot inefficiencies, solve bottlenecks, and implement systems that scale.

What You’ll Do (and What You Need to Bring)
1. Lead and Manage a High-Performing Offshore Team
You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our offshore team, creating clarity and accountability at every level. This includes setting expectations, tracking performance, conducting regular feedback loops, and ensuring that tasks across licensing, applications, and HR are completed on time and to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
-Proven experience managing offshore or remote teams
-Ability to coach, delegate, and hold people accountable
-Experience building KPIs and tracking performance
-Strong communication and leadership presence
2. Own Project Management and Systems Execution
You’ll turn business priorities into action plans, manage cross-functional projects, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Using platforms like ClickUp, you’ll track tasks, timelines, and owners while improving how we work. A strong systems mindset and project management background are essential.
What we’re looking for:
-Several years of project or operations management experience
-Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.)
-Ability to manage multiple projects across departments
-PMP certification is a plus, but strong real-world execution is even better
3. Build and Implement Systems That Drive Efficiency
From licensing to HR to internal operations, you’ll document processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflows that make the business run better. You’ll use automation and AI tools to eliminate redundant tasks and build scalable systems that increase productivity.
What we’re looking for:
-Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation
-Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
-Strong systems thinking and process mapping skills
-Experience overseeing compliance, onboarding, and task management
Important Requirement
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in all three areas:
1. Team leadership (offshore or remote)
2. Project management and execution
3. Systems building and implementation
