About the Role
You will be the general office manager working directly with the TDY Hero Owner running the day to day business. You must have extensive experience running remote teams. You will need to learn all aspects of the operation and then lead our Philippine teams.
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S.-based customers and have excellent spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers professionally
Respond promptly to
Serve as the first point of contact for guests and property hosts
Help coordinate reservations and property-related
Qualifications
Experience in HUBSPOT and GOOGLE WORKSPACE
