Our company is a nationwide service provider in Germany, offering a wide range of services within the retail sector.
One of our main areas of focus is conducting mystery shopping visits for our clients in the discount and supermarket industry. These visits are used to evaluate the attentiveness and friendliness of checkout staff.

We are currently looking for a Remote Office Employee:

Your responsibilities:
* Coordination and allocation of applicants across all service sectors of our business

* Personnel responsibility for freelancers and part-time employees

* Primary contact person for clients and staff

* Preparation and issuance of invoices for services provided to clients

* Entering data into customer evaluation spreadsheets

* Planning and creating fieldwork routes

* Preparing and issuing invoices to clients



Working hours shiftsystem with weekly rotation:
Monday – Friday: Working hours: Start at 08:00 a.m. (CET); end time according to the operational needs of the company.
One Saturday per month

Compensation:
€ 1100 per month

Payment is processed via invoicing (freelance basis).

Requirements:
Perfect German language skills (spoken and written), min. B2+, better C1
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Familiarity with modern communication tools such as WhatsApp and email
Availability to be reached by telephone and respond to inquiries during our clients' business hours


Training and onboarding will be provided, including personal contact via Zoom.
