JOB OVERVIEW

Zeno IT is a Sydney-based Managed IT & Security provider with over 20 years’ experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses. We’re growing and looking for a strong Level 2 Microsoft 365 Engineer who can own tickets, communicate well, and get things resolved properly.

The Role
This is a Level 2 support role - not entry level. You’ll be handling escalations, troubleshooting properly, and working directly with users and clients. We’re looking for someone confident, reliable, and able to take ownership of issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support across Microsoft 365
(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
Troubleshoot email, MFA, login, and access issues
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and licensing
Handle escalations and see tickets through to resolution
Work closely with clients and communicate clearly

What We’re Looking For
4+ years experience in IT support (L2 or higher)
Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of user, device, and access management
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have (not required): Power Automate, Power BI, scripting, or exposure to AI tools
