Due to the rapid growth of our successful business, we seek an additional senior Office 365 Engineer (expert/guru) to our
existing team in PH. We are looking for an engineer with great customer service, deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, experience and a fluent English speaker! Your work would involve (but not limited): Office 365 administration, desktop/basic server troubleshooting, handling general client request and assistance in various projects.

You will have:
- Previous experience working in other MSPs
- 5+ years of Office 365 support including: Exchange + Teams + SharePoint + InTune
- 3+ years of Windows Server administration and management including Hyper-V
- 6+ years customer service in the IT industry
- Project Experience in Office 365 rollouts, setup and cyber security implementation
- Desirable skills: Mac OS support, print management, MS Power Automate and networking
- Experience working with monitoring, ticketing and documentation tools

Although it's contract, this is a full-time permenant contractor role. The salary range is $70K–$100K, plus a performance bonus. Senior candidates at the higher end of the range are expected to have expertise in advanced Microsoft 365 and server troubleshooting beyond general support tasks.
