Odoo V17 Functional Consultant

Requirements:
============
Support with the installation and rollout of customer installations by implementing creative and innovative business systems/solutions.
Supporting the Odoo/Flectra/ERP system.
Analyzing, recording, and documenting customer business requirements.
Defining the business problem. Identifying, validating, and documenting key business requirements and business processes/business process mapping.
Coordinating and moderating requirements discussions and approvals, reviewing with business user representatives and customer stakeholders.
Conducting interviews and analyses to create business process mappings.
Assisting with system configuration, testing, customization, and quality assurance measures.
Possibly taking on project management for some projects.
This is only about the consulting area; development is not required, but also not undesirable.

Qualifications:
===========
Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or an equivalent field.
Experience and previous involvement in Odoo ERP system implementation projects are required!
Excellent understanding of business practices in accounting, auditing, sales management, and inventory management.
Experience in analyzing business processes.
Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions.
Excellent customer management and communication skills.
Independence, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team.
Experience with Odoo is a MUST!!!
